Not actually better, but
The diagnosis is uncertain, but a trip to the doctor's office yesterday at least provided me with all kinds of medication that hold the promise of making me feel better.

The nurse practitioner believes I have an inner ear inflammation which spread from my sinuses and now the whole works is thrown off. That causes nausea, which causes dehydration, which causes nausea and vertigo ... well, it's a mess.

I can't say I feel better, but I've learned that when I start to get sick, I can just keep my head steady and it will usually pass. That means no sudden movements, walk slowly, do everything with intention.

I am determined to get out of bed and do something today, no matter how sick it makes me feel. (Photo by NASA)
